Different address on return FedEx after revalidation?

Hi,

I am sending my passport for revalidation and I am expected to be not home when the FedEx returns (say after about 3 months). Can I give my work address so that there will be someone (colleagues) to receive the FedEx? Remember, I would have not mentioned this address elsewhere on either DS-156 or DS-157.

Is that ok?

Thanks in advance,

I don't see this as a problem, unless the DOS has rules against sending the package to a unrelated address.

Different address ....

Thanks alren. I have couple of questions on DS-157 too.

Item#3: Do I need to write in my native language after a I take a print of this? My mother tongue is Kannada.

Also, when I fill in electronically and when it goes to secong and third line, the lines hide and are not printing. Can I fill all the information using a pen on a blank DS-157?

Thanks,

I have filled this out completely with the pen. There is no restriction whatsoever if u should type or write with pen. Hopefully for me it should not create a problem. At least I did not see any written instructions on their website saying not to write with pen

I don't see any harm in writing.

I've no idea about the e-form. Never used it. sorry!

From what I see on I797 home address is not mentioned on it. So I dont really know what you are worried abt. I797 has employer address mentioned on it and your name and citizenship.
