The A number they put on the AOS letter is a A number for a case I filed 8 years ago that was denied. Is this something I should worry about. I'm so confused now, and worried about this.

Thanks, I'm guessing when they were sending me the AOS letter, the first number that popped up in their system is what they decided to use right. BTW, is it the "0" in the beginning of each number that caused this confusion?sap12452003 said:Well, its your choice. But I guess all you have to use that number in is updated I-864. If you don't want to use it, use old one if issue regarding that comes at the interview and let the DAO know that you have used old because that's on EAD.
BTW it doesn't really matter whichever you use. It appears that both belongs to you.
