Difference in processing times for I-140

Hi,
Is there a difference in processing time for I-140 when selecting Adjustment of Status (I-485) versus when selecting Consular Processing?

I'm trying to decide which method is fastest. I just got my labor approved.

Not that anyone really knows of. I am doing CP and my I140 seems to be just in there with the rest of them. There are loads of theories about what speeds up the I140 processing but at the end of the day it is just luck.

I wish I had done concurrent processing if it helps. It is taking so long to get the I140 I would feel more secure with the concurrent EAD route.
