Difference in Job title and salary

Guys,

I have obtained the details of labor certificate (job description, title and salary) from previous (GC sponsored) employer. Here are the details:

Title defined in the labor certificate: Senior Software Engineer
Salary: 80K
Old employer’s location: PA

Current Title: Software Engineer
Salary is 10K less compare to labor certificate
New employers location: TX
Job changed after 11 months from I-485 RD (3/15/02)
Job description: Same
Not informed INS about the change of job
Will hire a new attorney shortly.

Are their any problems because of the above differences? BCIS may issue an RFE or transfer the case to local office?

Please advice…

Did you inform BCIS about job change? If yes, then yes you will receive a RFE
Get a letter from current employer that after GC approval (and if you perform well) the job of Sr. soft engr will be offered to you eventually... That might save you.
Sometimes BCIS can take a hard attitude..
