I spoke to IO during my last two Infopass appointments and they both confirmed that my name check has been cleared on May 30th 2007. But case is been pending due to background check.............
What is the difference between name check and background check....?
BTW my recent enquiry through CSR I got a letter that says case has been pending due to backround check and contact us aftrer 6 months........
My case has been pending since 08/15/2007..........such a shame!!!
