Difference between changing employer and taking a second job on EAD

I work for company A which applied for GC as future employment. Now i have a permanent offer from Company B. I was contemplating between

1. changing employer
2. Working for Company B on EAD as second job.

The questions that i have are ?

1. What would be difference between the two options, in terms of taxation? (W2 or 1099)
2. Is there a limitation from BCIS as to the salary one makes from the first job (GC sponsoring job) and the second job(1099)
3. How about the number of hours and hours of the day.(Is there a limitation from BCIS as to what would be the hours one works for the second job?

1. you can have multiple w-2s. 1099 is also not an issue.
2. The GC job's salary should be close to the one claimed in LC. Getting 1.5 mil in job 2 is not a concern for BCIS:)

Thanks for the reply. However i was wondering how would i make salary from the GC sponsoring employer if i am working on EAD at company B. My situation is

1. I planned to take a permanent offer from company B.
2. I informed company A(who is my gc sponsoring company) about this. They said they would like to continue with my GC process. However i need to join them before the 485 gets adjudicated.
3. In the mean time when i am working with Company B i would not make any salary from company A. Company A applied for GC as future employment.

Do you see any issues with this kind of agreement.
