diff btw skilled worker and professional

I wish I could give you the answer knowing I am 100% right.....If I knew that bachelors with 10 month of experience is OK with DOL, I would have applied back in 1996 when I came to US. At that time most of the attorney I contacted had negative feeling about the education/experience I had.

Check your case with reputed attorney in your area and get atleast 3 opinion before you make any decision...

Good Luck my friend....

Hi usnycus,

I have some questions...

1) I have only Offer letter from the previous employer stating position and salary details. But, I dont have pay stubs. Is it OK?

2) If I have to get experience letter from ex-worker, then is it should be on their company letter head or plain white paper enough?

3) Do ex-worker has to sign on experience letter in presence of notary?

Please answer these questions...

Thanks,

I won't bet on just having an offer letter.

2) If I have to get experience letter from ex-worker, then is it should be on their company letter head or plain white paper enough?

Both will work as long as they are signed/notarized (but with letter head is preferable)

3) Do ex-worker has to sign on experience letter in presence of notary?

Yes. No one will do notary if the person who is supposed to sign is physically not present at the time of notary and sign
