I am currently petitioning for a Dietitian in getting Permanent Residence. If you have a Bachelor\'s degree in the field and some experience, you should not have a problem getting an approval for an H-1B. If you want to contact me, I might be able to connect you with one of my client employers to sponsor you for an H-1B.
