Didn't receive form N-652

Hello. Can anyone tell me if it's common to not receive form N-652 after the interview? I was told to mail in a document (police clearance), which I had 30 days to do. I had this done the next day of course. Other than that, I passed everything else. I'm also having my name changed, and remember signing my name on various forms about five times. Would this n-652 be mailed to me after they approve my case, or would they just send me the Oath letter?

They are by law supposed to give you a interview results letter after interview, whether they can't make a decision on your case at the time or if your case is recommended for approval. The IO may have forgot to give you one, but they should have.
