 Left previous H1 job to work on EAD obtained thru spouse. The i94 ( enrty thru prevois h1B) is expiring. Do I have to renew i-94 by reentering ?

I have AP and EAD.

If you know this , please post your help

Are you traveling? If yes, your AP and EAD is enough to reenter.
Otherwise, nothing called renewing I94 after filing AOS(I485).

I intent to go home (india) for 10 days in Sept only if there no problem in doing so.

Is there a need to reenter this country to get a new I-94 card ( EAD/AP will expire in 2002 Feb) while i-94 expires while waiting for AOS?

Well, as long as you have your AP, you can reenter without any problem - assuming that you were not out of status at any time. Nothing to worry about I-94 after you have your EAD and AP.
