Can someone advice?
We applied thru(employer/attorney) for Advance parole on June 16th (Nebraska). Since we did not get any response, we called Sept 29th and they asked to wait another 30 days. Its almost 30 days still nothing has happened.
Is anyone in similar situation?
What can be done?
My attorney is providing vague answers.
As AP is only way to travel outside US, I am keeping my fingers crossed for not having to be in an emergency situation.
