Did I messed up big time by filing i130 for my wife within 90 days of arrival?

My wife is in F1 status and I have a greencard. We just got married on mid Jan abroad and came back here one months ago (Jan 26, 2024). I can’t file for adjustment of status because the date is not current. I filed for i130 even though it is still under 90 days from our entry to USA. Now I am worried my filing i130 would jeopardize my wife adjustment of status application later on. I applied early to get Priority date being cautious because my wife is in F1 and only has OPT up to mid year 2025. Did I fxxx xx? Can I withdraw my application? Should I do it?

There is no USCIS requirement to wait a certain number of days prior to an I-130 being filed.

I will make sure that I use appropriate language. I am sorry. I got really panicked.

So, They probably won't create issue with my wife during evaluating i485? We should be filing adjustment most probably after 7-8 months. I130 was just filed to get priority date.

Regardless of when the I-130 got filed or when she subsequently files for AOS, they can always ask what her intentions were when she last entered the US (if they feel a need to review her history).

That's true but my worry was based on early filing of i130. She was here to complete her graduate studies. Idk apart from this how should I tackle the question :(

I believe we are on the same boat for filing i-130 too early. Any updates on your application? Thanks in advance
