Trying to figure out if there's a required form that I may have submitted to USCIS during my immigration journey? I'm note sure if there's any form that's required to be submitted as part of GC processing (I-485), Advance Parole (AP) or N-400 (Application to be become US citizen)..
I was thinking of requesting immigration records so I can be sure but that may take long or could be just plain hassle!
Asking because I'm not sure what spellings I may have used (some differences are likely due to transliteration etc). I went from H1B -> GC -> USC.
As a USC, planning to file for siblings to immigrate and making sure that there're no discrepancies? Thank you!
