I did a search on Rupnet database based on cases with Fp2 done previously, and later received a RFE. For these cases, the process had been speeded up during September. If we remove the cases that took an exceptionally long time, the average time is less than 30 days. For October we just have few cases. IF they continue with this trend, those of us who recieved a relatively simple RFE, such as employment confirmation letter, should receive the approval in less than 30 days. Please see attachment.
