AOS Package Delivered one day early on Saturday

Hi Guys,

My AOS pkg was finally updated by USPS to be delivered on 09/30/06 and that was a Saturday.Do you think my receipt notice would reflect latest 10/02/06 or 09/30/06.Package update from USPS after 12 days was great news but with the fear of disqualification as pkg being delivered one day earlier.

Plz any input be great!!!!

See, i told you that sometimes it takes time till USPS info shows up. Now, you've gotta wait for NOA. I had the hardest time in AOS process waiting for NOA.

Yes,you were right and thanks for being around.

-What was the pattern when you were waiting for your NOA.I see your timeline but was it pretty irregular?I mean not really FIFO method.

I thought once your case is submitted,I would stay cool but no way!!!

Quick question for those that have done this: I have just received the NOA and the next step is fingerprints. It's not clear if I need to contact my local USCIS or if they'll contact me about getting the biometrics done...?

Hi Coldstar,

Hi you will be getting FP notice pretty soon.Most of the time an LUD on an online account after NOA is for FP notice.

Please update all of us abt.your timeline for NOA...like when you mailed,method of payment etc.

Hi Guys,

It has been 7 days since I mailed my AOS Pkg to Chicago via USPS Priority Signature confirmation.There is still no update abt.signature or delivery as yet.I should not have sent via USPS it seems a mistake....I know!!!I am in contact with them apparently there is no way to find if it was delivered and on-one is taking responsibility at USPS either.I'm told to wait 14 days before they can initiate an inquiry........14 days wait for loosing my papers medicals etc....un-imaginable!!!

Plz.suggest me what to do?Can I call lock Box office in Chicago and try to confirm?
