Did anyone talk to IIO as when will they resume 485 processing?

Folks - I was in the last Murthy chat session..

Several folks asked about the I485 delay due to the new security procedure - Attorney Murthy did not say anything about the delay.
FYI - she did say that the AC21 regulations may be out soon - will clarify the risks around 180 day portability rule.

My friend called up IIO yesterday Regarding his 485. And IIO said his case has been assigned & he will hearing from them with in next 30 Days.

When u say "AC 21 regulations may be out soon" what do you mean by it?

I thought AC 21 regulations are already in place. Please excuse my igonrance but I am new to this forum.
