I wonder if it is possible to get the FP2 done at Manchester, NH. I had my FP1 done at Boston. But one of my neighbour told me that, I need not go to Boston, but can go to Manchester. But he was not sure if someone got their FP done at Manchester. If someone knows the information, please provide.

I don't know the answer to your question, but I have the exact RD & ND as you and almost similar FP1 & RFE dates. Do share the info if there's any further update on your case. I'll do the same.

My first FP was in Boston on Nov 19,2002 (as per notice). And the 2nd FP was in Manchester, NH on Apr 27, 2004 (as per notice). It was lot easier and quicker in Manchester (no parking problems). Went in at 10am for an 8am appointment, but no issues.
But I have no experience in going to a center different from one that is mentioned in the notice.

I did my first FP at Boston . I did my 2 nd FP at manchester as per my FP notice. It is lot easier at manchester. They allow early FP.
To your question of going to different FP center , you have to request VSC for change of FP Center. This is what my attorney told me when I asked him the same question.
