Did anyone do FP at a non-designated ASC

Hi, All:

    I have a question from an old man. He applied family-based GC (his son is a US citizen), and after receiving FP notice, he did FP twice at San Franciso, but failed both times because of unsatisfactory prints. Now he has come to New York to live with his daughter. Can he do his FP in New York or he has to fly back to SF?

Like everything around INS, it\'s all about the luck, it worked for me.

Did you do the finger print on schedule or before

I went to SF last weekend to do the finger print before schedule (10/25) but got refused. So I am wondering if I could do it in San Jose.
