Did anyone called IIO taday?(

I was able to dial in but did not get to talk to IIO

I dialed in the first ring I called around 12PM today. but I was on hold for more than 10 min. After getting to know that my case is approved through AVM, I gave it up the idea of talking to IIO. I called last Friday, same thing, I was able to dialed in with few tries, but hold for more than 20 min. So I did not get to talk to any IIO. After you dialed in, the automated message will say you have to wait for more than 10 min for an IIO.
 
12 PM today through AVM.

I dialed in, checked the AVM first, and got to know the case is approved on 9/8/01. However, I was not able to hold for the long waiting to talk to an IIO. I checked on 9/9/01 too, but the info was not updated yet.
