Did anybody's I-485 LUD change on 08/19/06

I also had a LUD on 08/19 . Then it again changed on 10/28 ( I dont know why , didnot do anything special for the LUD to be changed) . Message still says that received your application on July 2003 ....
My wife's 485 LUD also changed on 08/19 ...but not on 10/28 .
It will be nice to know if someone else got LUD on 08/19 and also on 10/28 .

Hi,
I heard that there was a batch program that was run around 08/18/06. My LUD changed on 08/19/06 and no updates ever since. I heard that the batch program picked up all the pre-adjucated applications and were put in a line for approval. Does anybody have any information on that ?
Or is it just another BS ?

EB3 PD - Nov 01
RD -I485 Feb04 (NSC)
Used AC21 after I-140 approval and after 180 days.
4 Fingerprints finished. (Latest 03/07)
I am on 4th EAD/AP (Travelled to India 3 times using AP in the last 3 years)
RFE received on I-485 (EVL & Medicals - Doc did not sign the Medical form..can you imagine of all the RFE's doc not singing the forms...). However
replied to RFE and the RFE has been received by NSC on 03/07/06.
Last LUD changed on 08/19/06. Not heard anything after that.

I just got an email that my case is sent to NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER. My last LUD was 08/19/06. Anybody know what I should be expecting?????

It means that your case has been transfered to a local office - this is based on what I have read on this forum.

Preadjucated in Aug 2006
The theory of cases being preadjucated just gets a BIG boost.
A friend just came from Infopass appointment at the Detroit office and was informed the the case is preadjucated. His LUD is 8/19/06 and his wife is 8/11/06. Other case details EB3- IND, PD Oct 2002, NSC.
Please also refer to my "Wishful thinking at NSC" thread for further details on the theory.
So as soon as the VB is realsed for July 2007 we should see the NSC approvals.

Whats the deal with LUD of 8/11/06. Just few have LUD of 8/11/06 and most have LUD of 8/19/06. Mine is 8/11/06.

Mine LUD was 08/19/2006 and last week i requested the enquiry thru Senator office but did not get the response from them. Then i waited for few days then i called the service center last friday and asked for the enquriy on my case.Y'day i talked to NSC center officer directly reagrding delay in my case . He told me that my case is in waiting are. Its assigned to officer.Y'day night and today morning some changed in my LUD but still the same msg.
Are there any significant in LUD changes since two days ?

My previous LUD (before RFE) was 08/19/2006. On 06/11/2007 I got e-mails about RFE. My security check is completed, I got this info in status inquiry reply.
