Did anybody get I-140 Approved after RD 25th October 01?

No Title

My lawyer said my application RD date is 10/10. But when i called AVM it says my application was received on 10/19 and it will tale 150 too 240 days and so on. The is 10/19 is my ND. Any one please clarify.

I am new to this forum, I have applied for my I140, I was just looking at the discussion forum and came accross some abbreviations, could anyone tell me what they stand for.
For eg ND, RFE, RD etc

RD: Receipt Date
ND: Notice Date
RFE: Request For Evidence
AD: Approval Date
Hope all these are correct !!
