Did any one with notice date in April get their EAD/AP approved.

My AP ND: 4/16
EAD ND: 4/7

AD ????

I need to go to India in August. Wondering whether I will get it by then.
This is my second EAD/AP. I applied online for EAD.

To my great surprise, my AP was approved on 25th of May. This was my first AP even though my I-485 is pending since April 2002.
My receipt date was 4/16/04 and it was filed at VSC.
Hope that this gives you more confidence that you'll have your AP by August.
 
April 02, 2004 AP approved, VSC

My Spouse's paper filed AP, applied on April 2nd was approved May 25th, 2004. This is a second AP.
First AP expires in June but the new AP was granted from May 2004 to May 2005. I-485 ND is April, 2003 and pending, primary applicant. I thought renewals of AP and EAD are way quicker than first time application, even 6 months quicker but from the Bosko-D'd post it looks like anything can happen at USCIS, as everyone will agree!
My daughter and I have first time AP (sent along with I-485) pending since 30 Oct. 2003! But luckily we have H1 and H4 stamp so we are not desperate.
But since yours is a renewal sinjeti, I am sure you have a good chance of getting it by August.

Thanks guys. It gives me hope.
I can get H1 stamped but my wife was never on H1.
She applied as a dependent 485 while she was on F1,
so she she has no other visa to fall back on.

EAD Approved :)
ND- First week of April'04 - First EAD - NSC.
Approved - May 28th.

My EAD was approved on May 26th. AP has not been approved. All dates are given in my sig.
