Did any one who aplied for EAD before 15 March get approval??

I filed for my EAD renewal on the 12 March but did not recieve my approval yet.

It is expiring on the 15 th of May. I moved to NC from NJ which is under Texas jurisdiction. I checked online but it still is not approved. Can I work if I have the Reciept Notice? Can I apply for a temp EAD before 15 May?

Will my case be transfered to Texas?

I applied 3/13 for EAD renewal and the online message says approved 4/21. No sign of plastic yet.

I got EAD Renewal with RD March 11

My RD was 3/13. I got the card this Monday 4/21.
