hello,
My lawyer told me that VSC will transfer my case to Arlington Ins.
I live in Va, Alexandria but the company is in D.C.
I talked with Arlington INS and they told me that it will take 20 months to process a case from the day they receive the application. I am very frostrated and confused. I hope i get direct approval from VSC. My details are Rd:Dec/99, EB3, Others.
Please post your comments if you heared any cases transfered to baltimore but live in VA.

I don\'t actually believe that. Haven\'t heard a single case transfered to Arlington. Maybe your lawyer doesn\'t want you to call him/her and make up something...

maybe you r right. but have you seen any aprovals from jan/feb/march 99 from Va side. i heared they are so slow? what do you think?
