Did any one get the Receipt Numbers before Sept 26, 2005 EB2 GC Applied ?

I do not know when the checks were encashed as the checks were sent by lawyer...sorry for the delayed response

hmkrao, Per my understanding it takes 3 days to receive the receipt after the checks are encashed

Thanks for the Reply..My I140/485 TSC in Aug 02'2005 as EB2. They thought case is EB3 and kept is aside..Just now My lawyer found out the check is encashed...So I need to wait . Please let me know what is the next step in 485/AP/EID Stage. So that
Iam well prepared for the waiting time etc

EAD LUD: 09/27/05 (self,RFE photos received)

Bio metric: code 3- 10/02/2005 (me & wife)

I-485 LUD: 10/4/05 (self)
I-485 LUD: 10/4/05 (wife)

AP LUD: 09/14/05 (wife, approved)
EAD LUD: 09/21/05 (wife, approved)

11/07/05 - calles USCIS and started enqurity on I140 and it
takes one month to get the feedback)


Any one knows why delay on my I140?

does USCIS raise as an issue if the employment dates mentioned in the experience letters are slightly diff from what was stated in the original LC approval forms?

In my LC it was stated that my current employer is my GC sponsering employer. But, at the time of filing my LC, I've NOT started my employment with the GC sponser. I joined the company a year later.

Does this cause any problem in my I-140?
