Did any one get a RFE by asking for a copy of approved/receipt I-140 or LC

Wondering if any one heard of any case where CIS asking (as a RFE) for a copy of approved/receipt I-140 of LC. For renwing an EAD or approving I-485? Any input is appreciated. Thank you.

---- I have seen RFE for copy or reciept of I-140 from NSC and VSC for EAD or AP renewal
of LC.
-----not seen RFE for LC copy becase approved LC is sent to USCIS when employer files the I-140
For renwing an EAD or
approving I-485?

-- If the I-485 is transfred to Local USCIS office for interview then I have seen many Interview notices where they ask to bering Copy of I-140
