Did any EB3-India,PD Apr\'97 got approved ?

Congrats vscite.
I think they approved your case as soon as your case became cuurent. I am waiting for my approval. My ND 8/23/99 and my PD 4/1/97. RFE replied on 11/14/00.

thanks. might be a good idea to call them. In my case I replied to the RFE two weeks before feb1 so that by the time they open it the date was either or almost current.

vscite, I called IIO today, she says that my case is with officer and it will take 4 to 6 weeks. May be this is a standard answer she gives. Hoping for the best to happen very soon.
