Did Antybody get FP notice second time after recieving RFE !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Currently, I am in that situation, Mine is a derivative case and Spouse\'s case has been approved. This is a really wierd situation and I don\'t know what is going on....,

Did anybody get FP for the second time after replying back to RFE. Does anybody know why they would do that..
