RD: 12/6/2000; ND: 12/14/2000; Primary Applicant FP on 10/30/2001; Spouse FP request received on 2/13/2002 (Scheduled for 3/26/02);
Detroit; EB2/RIR; Applied together. Looks like NSC is started working on old cases.

To get this FP request: I have called more than 10 times & sent a written inquiry (1/28/02), sent a request to congresswomen (1/23/02), lawyer sent written requests. I don\'t know which one worked.

Hope fully our old cases will be approved soon....

Kon, congratulation for finally get through the trouble. I called ins today and was told they are working on Jan 10th cases. I probably will seek for help from the congressman too.
