Detailed Visa Appointment Procedure - Emergency or Otherwise

Visa procedure - HELP Please!

Hello all,

Could some please clarify something for me.

Do you have to submit all the (relevant) forms to the VFS 5 days PRIOR to the date of the interview or can you bring all your forms to the interview, if you have a confirmed appointment date?

Does anyone know what happens if you do not submit your forms 5 days prior to the date? I was not aware this needed to be done.

H1 Visa stamping

Hi,

I want to take the appointment for H1 stamping at New Delhi for December and the dates are running out. I will be changing employers after 3-4 weeks and so will have a different employer by the time i appear for the H1 stamping in India.? Will this cause a problem? Is there a way i can modify the forms after scheduling the interview?
Please let me know at the earliest.
