I submitted my I-485 application in January 2002 by an attorney. The attorney is a good one based on the information i HAVE. I told him I worked in one restaurant about ten days by using practical training EAD. And I paid tax to IRS. I told him it\'s illegal employment. Maybe I have to use 245K. He said EAD is open market work permition rightnow, so my work is legal. And he said just ten days I don\'t need to put on my employment histroy. I keep all emails he sent to me. Rightnow, I aM VERY NERVOUS. maybe INS pick me up someday and say I lie to them. How to do rightnow?
