Designation change during LC and GC process

Hello friends,
My GC labor cert. was approved with ?Engg-II? designation. During LC process my design. Was changed to ?Engg-III? & ?Engg-IV? due to promotion and salary adjustment. We applied I-140& 485 on based of ?Engg-II? designation as mentioned in LC. I am still doing same job functions as mentioned in LC.
(1) Does it matter in approval of I-140 & I-485 if the designation is changed during this process (Engg-II to IV) with same job functions?
