My green-card labor was approved with ?Engg-II? designation. During LC process my designation was changed to "Engg-III" and then "Engg-IV" due to promotion and grade adjustment. We filed I-140 on based of ?Engg-II? designation as per LC.
(1) Does it matter to I-140 and I-485 approval procedure if my designation is changed? (Still I am doing same job functions as per LC.)
(2) If I would get promotion again and if desig. would be changed other than Engg. (i.e sr. engg, etc.), does it matter to I-140 and I-485 approval procedure ? (Still I am doing same job functions as per LC.)
