My attorney when he filed I485 for me and my spouse has wrongly stated her application type as "Other basis of eligibility" and in the Explain section has put "Spouse of beneficiary of approved I-140".
However I found out later that he should have selection option b which was "derivative status".
What are the implications of this mistake. Will processing take really longer than it has to be.
Should we refile this petition again. Please help.
