My wife and I filed to VSC (both chinese, she's primary, EB2 NIW PD 4/03, I485 RD 11/04). In March 07 my case was transferred to TSC but hers stayed in VSC and then was approved and received card the next month. Even my lawyer thought that was not very common.

Anyway, now, 15 months since my case was Xferred to TSC, nothing happened. Last LUD was 2/3/08 and then all quiet. Called several times and was told my NC was cleared last year. PD, RD, processing date, even transferred date was way out of the zone. I went to an infopass last month but not much help.

Guys, any suggestions? Anything that I can do at this stage? Much appreciated. Sometimes I really think I might never see my GC approval. I am on my 4th EAD and AP and this is like a one-year probation year by year.

We are in similar situation. Apparently both cases got transferred and I (primary) got approved but she is stuck. Last LUD same as yours. Lawyer says it need (let me say how he said "NEEDS") congressional intervention otherwise it will never get done. Sometimes files get seperated especialy in cases when only one person is availing AP etc. Unless someone forces them it can be years..I have contacted local congressman. Lets see what happens.

Thanks for your kind reply. Any suggestion or links about procedure to contact local congressmen?

Much appreciated!

You search for you local senator or representative and sent a postal mail and then they will respond.

also, I advice you to file DHS 7001 form. For us it helped.
