i have an approved 140 and 485 on Oct 2009 in Eb1 category (concurrently filed). my wife's 485, however, is still pending. i am told that typically it should happen together (with my 485).

please suggest.

You posted that you have I-140 approved and I-485 approved in October 2009 if your I-485 is approved it means you got your GC approved. If your wife also filed I-485 witwhen you filed your I-485 then both should have been approved on same date.

In your signature it shows a denial in 2007. Is your approval in 2009 the result of appealing that denial? Or is your approval based on an entirely new application?
