Derivative Asylee Visiting COP

Hi Everybody,

I just want to gain some information on derivatives visiting their COP. IS their a new law saying that derivatives cannot visit thier COP because my brother just went to COP and I am worried that he will get deported as some of my resources tell me. This is really urgent so please help me.
