Why didn't you bring this up in your last thread? Now you seem to be concerned with the re-availment consideration. As a derivative, it is much less of a concern. Would you be in danger of violent attack upon return to the country your family had to flee from to seek asylum in the U.S? Would your association with this woman endanger her?
The PRINCIPAL asylee continues to be in danger of being accussed of having obtained asylum and LPR status by fraud and misrpresentation but as a DERIVATIVE you should be safe from the U.S. government. That just leaves the home country government or other forces back there to contend with.
INA 208(c)(2)
(D) the alien has voluntarily availed himself or herself of
the protection of the alien's country of nationality or, in the
case of an alien having no nationality, the alien's country of
last habitual residence, by returning to such country with
permanent resident status or the reasonable possibility of
obtaining such status with the same rights and obligations
pertaining to other permanent residents of that country;
