Hello All:
My wife's 485 was approved on August 02, 2005. She applied as a derivative of me. 485 RD is April 29, 2004.
 
Is your case EB1, EB2 or EB3

Congrats to you and your wife. If you don't mind me asking, what is your filing category EB1, EB2 or EB3? What are your case details?

My Case was EB-2 and was approved in May 2004. She got her J-1 waiver (Hardship) in March 2004, and applied as a derivative.
