Depressed and confused. Please help anyone.

Hi all,

This is wrt my F1 visa for my MBA degree Program. I had been to Delhi embassy on Dec 11 2003 for my F1 VISA. Initially the consular officer told me I had got my visa and asked me to pay my fees. However when I was paying fees, he again called me and returned my Passport and other documents and said that my case needs further administrative provessing under 221(g).My school starts from Jan 12 2004 and I have still not got any reply. How long will this take. If the delay happens then I might even have to lose my semester.

Also, Is it that me being a Muslim male the reason for more scrutiny?Please advice as to what I can expect.

Did anyone hve this kind of administrative processing.. How long does it take.. Its so painful evryday waiting and in hopes of a call from embassy...

Please tell me.

try to do some research..
contact immigration legal reps or local ins dist office, e-mail an immigrant counselor through..
please burn out your emotional feelings and get to wrk as in Action!
knowledge is power and you have a right to be informed!
