Hi All,
I hope this is something that someone can help me with... it will change mine and m families life.
When I was 22 I was deported from the USA because I was imprisoned for being a mule. I was given a suitcase with drugs in it.... the rest is history.
The judge gave me a reduced sentence as it was the first (and only) offence I ever committed. We got hundreds of letters from old school teahcer and smoke very prominet people saying that this is totally out of charachter form someone like myself and should not be dealt with to harshly... the judge listened.
I was sent varyck street in NYC after my sentece and my lawyer just told me to sign some stuff and after a year I would be able to come back and see my family for visits..
It has been nearly ten years and i am nbow married my little brother passed away in the US and I was not allowed in for the funeral or anything... I tried going into the US embassy and tried pleading with them to let me in... my whole family live there.... my little brother is an american, born in NY and my sister is married to an american and her daughter is also born and bred american..
I only want to see my little brothers grave and be able to see my family from time to time... but all i want to do is to be able to go and see his gravesite for my self.
