I would like to gather some information on my student visa status. I was in a dating relationship with a girl. We dated on and off, broke up several times, got back together and finally we are separated right now.
Cops were called on me thrice and the girl has Personal protection Order on me right now. I wasn't pressed any charges or wasn't arrested. I would like to know if it affects my F1 visa status or will it result in deportation?
What precautions do I need to take?
What is the gravity of the situation?
