Dependents included on nvars.com for H1B stamping in Canada?

This is actually for a friend...
Both my friend and his wife need to have their H1B visas revalidated in Canada. He has booked an
appt. from nvars.com and added his wife as a dependent. Does he need to book a separate
appointment for his wife or for the $9.50 he paid, his wife is also be included (since the confirmation
letter says 1 dependent).
Please note that prior to booking the appointment, he had his wife included as a dependent.
He is concerned that on the day of the interview, they should not turn her away since he did not
have a separate appointment booked.

No problem. this is fine. They include depedent on the same appointmenta long with Principal applicant.

For Canada the NVARS site FAQ, they say call to 1-900 number if you want to add the depedent if not added during the appointment with Principal applicant. So you can add by over the phone.
