Dependents I-485 approved!

Hello Everyone

I received an email saying that my wife's I-485 was approved on May 3rd

my status remains the same, saying that the case was last updated on May 4th.

Has anyone had the same situation ? , please let me know.

First FP--Back in Nov 02
second FP--April 13th 2004
RFE Recieved - April 12th 2004
FP received --April 17th 2004
 
Here is a precedent where the dependent’s status changed to approval followed soon by the primary.

You will be able to get answers to such queries by looking up the approval thread.

Dont worry.you r going to approved within 2-3 days.It happened with me also.And i was worried too. My wife was approved on april 20 and mine on april 21.
 
GcAwait : RFE was for me (primary) EVL, Paystub, W2's for last 3 years

We got my wife's Approval Notice in mail today..

I hope mine is on the way :confused:
 
Mine still not Approved..

Called BCIS.. they said since CSC JIT is March 2002..and my RD is Nov 2002 i have to wait... :mad:
