I am currently on H1B visa and I am applying I-485 thru my employer..We both are software engineer.
My wife is currently working on L1B visa thru company X. My wife applied H1b visa last year thru another company Y. Her H1b visa got approved last year. but she never worked on H1b visa and also we don't have the approval notice I-797 copy of her H1b visa.
My question is do I need to send her H1b approval notice (I-797)copy also to USCIS while applying I-485 for me and my family. Plz advise me. Thanks
