Dependent visa option for spouse of B1 visa holder

One of my cousin is going to visit USA on B1 visa for 3-4 months.
He also wants to get his wife along.

What visa could she be eligible for?

Will tourist visa be only option for her or she would be eligible for any other kind of visa?

There is no such entity as a "dependent B1 visa". The spouse has to qualify for a B-2 visa.
