Both my wife & myself are INDIAN citizens.
I'm working in US (L1-B) and my wife is working in Germany.
currently I'm working with employerA on L1-B and employerB applied for H1-B, and I got I797 from employerB.
If my new employer request for CHANGE OF STATUS (as I'm already in US)can I apply for dependent visa for my wife.
is there any possibility she enters US directly from Germany?
