Dependent Supporting documents

Hi Folks,

Hope everyone is doing fine.

I am currently in October RD I-485 case type and I recieved a
RFE on 01/10/2003.I have filed currently in "Single" status.

Last weekend I got married (romantically) here in Las
vegas,nevada. :)

I have currently ordered my marriage certificate which I should
be getting it by this week.

I am trying to catch hold of my lawyer for the last one week but hes too busy to held an appoinment.

I would like to find out the procedures for adding my spouse as
dependent.

* What are all the supporting documents to be submitted to add
my spouse as a dependent in my I-485 case type as
"Follow-to-Join" process?

* After replying for my query/RFE and amending my spouse as
dependent,will it be safe enough for us to travel to India (for
my traditional marriage)? Both of us are currently having valid
H1B visa status. Does anyone think it will be better for me
to wait till I get my green card stamping and goto India?

These are the docs i have submitted for my spouse, hope this helps.

1. I 485
2. I 765 for EAD
3. I 131 for AP
4. Copy of I140 approval.
5. Copy of marriage certificate.
6. Copy of birth certificate.
7.Copies of tax returns for last three years
8. Medicals certification in a sealed envolope.

Required photographs for all of the above (I guess two for each..please check).

In addition there will be fee for all of the above and also for fingerprinting. You need to check the attorney for the fee.
