Yes I got it stamped this morning, it was a 2 minute procedure. So, now I can wait for the card and the RFE notice for my wife.

I stamped y\'day at Newark. We also received the notice regarding the transfer for my wife. Now the time game start again.

We got my wife\'s RFE today. As expected it is for medical. So, we hope to turn this around in 1 week and expect to wrap things up in a couple of weeks.

When is your wife\'s interview? what is it for?

you are in good shape because its a medical RFE but I still don\'t know when local INS is going to schedule the interview for my wife. We just got a letter from VSC which confirms that the case has been transferred and all question should be directed to the local office only.

I think I am in a good shape, all depends on how long it takes for INS to approve this once I return this.

And I hope and wish you get a word from your local INS soon. Try calling your local INS again.
