Dependent I485

My spouse already filed the I485.I am filing my I485 application under derivative status for spouse.Part3 B to list present husband/wife, I am including my spouse name. But under applying with you, will I have to mark yes or no, as my spouse already applied.
 
I remember my lawyer doing this. I applied my I-485 before getting married and filed my wife's 485 6 months after my RD and I remember that my lawyer checked that box that said something like "are you filing together..." or something like that.

My case has long been approved but my wife's case is still pending due to this current slowdown.

But I guess you can do the same. You can also confirm this with your lawyer too.

I don't have a lawyer and i am doing it my self. All I want to know is do we have to check Yes or no.
 
did he check yes box or no box, and also did you later include your spouse name in your I485.
